You'll find more fun shopping in La Jolla, CA, 15 miles northwest of downtown. The streets you'll most want to explore? Girard Avenue and Prospect Street. If you'd rather have a mega mall adventure, then head east of La Jolla to University Towne Center, between I-5 and Highway 805.
