shopping centers, you'll find five major department stores, including
Saks Fifth Ave and Lord and Taylor, plus more than 200 specialty
stores. If your feet get tired even just thinking about this
much walking, don't worry. There are movie theaters to escape
to and a great resting area with a mulit-tiered waterfall and
pool.
For an ethnic shopping adventure, head to the Arab-American
stores along Warren and Michigan Avenues between Wyoming and
Southfield, and Dix Avenue near the Ford Rouge Plant. Here you
will find restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, Arabic music
and book shops, video stores, and specialty and gift shops.
If you'd rather spend your shopping time browsing through
fabric and craft stores, you'll want to head to Hancock Fabrics,
