Jim and I were very impressed with Admiralty Park, 1485 N
Ellison Drive, 210-647-7872. They have a security fence, level
concrete pads, full hookups, concrete/brick patios, landscaping,
showers, a convenience store, a game room, a clubhouse and meeting
room, a pool, Jacuzzi, pull- thrus, a laundry, a playground,
pavilion, cable TV, and on site phone hookups.
Another of our American Journeys RVers thinks you'll also
like the Blazing Star RV Resort, 1120 West Loop 1604 North, 210-680-7827.
Here you'll find phone hookups at every site, a heated pool,
laundry room with 18 washers and dryers, a general store, exercise
room, hot tubs, a club house, and even cottages for your non-RVing
friends. The sites are big rig friendly and have oak trees for
shade.
Just a little way out of town you'll find the very nice Braunig Lake RV Resort,
13550 Donop Road, Elmendorf, TX, 210-633-3170. With easy I-37
freeway access, level full hookup sites, cable TV, Wi-Fi, catch
& release fishing lake, in-season activities, a pool, a spa,
picnic areas, a pet park,a lending library, shuffle board,and
horseshoe courts
