About now you may be scratching your head and saying,
"American Journeys, never heard of them!" You see this
all started with a crabby comment I made. As copilot of our rig,
as we travel down the road, it's my job to figure out where to
stay and what to do once we get settled. No small job considering
this requires me to juggle a huge campground guide, a state guide,
and a pile of brochures on the local attractions. So, after spilling
this mess for the 4th time in 1 day, brochures and books at my
feet, I grumbled, "by golly there has to be a better way."
Jim, being the supportive husband he is, challenged me to find
it. After months of searching, I gave up.
That's why I started American Journeys. We have created a
data base of over 2,000 pages of RV travel information. Now with
just the click of a button you can learn neat stuff about what
to see and do in more than 230 US towns.
This is pretty cool to be sure. But even neater, together
we can build the greatest RV travel information clearinghouse
around. Sure you'll still sit around the campfire and tell your
new neighbors about the neat crafts at the Country Patches Store
you discovered that day or the great pie at Iona's Diner. That's
what RVers do, they share. But by taking just a few seconds to
send us an email when you discover something new or spot something
we missed, you can now share this information with thousands
of fellow RVers.
