and/or your ability to access this Site upon any breach by you

and/or membership fees at any time upon thirty (30) days prior

with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect
to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action

shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in
Jackson County and you hereby consent and submit to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any

be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This

The failure of either party to insist upon or enforce strict
performance by the other party of any provisions of these Terms
and Conditions of Use or to exercise any right under the Terms
and Conditions of Use will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment
to any extent of such party's right to assert or rely upon any
such provision or right in that or any other instance, rather,
the same will be and remain in full force and effect.
